Refund Policy – Lüme Book Light
At Lüme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your book light, we are here to help.
Returns and Refunds
You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at lumebooklight@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your book light for a different product, please contact us at lumebooklight@gmail.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Refundable Items
Items damaged due to misuse or accidents are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.
